Expo Booth Staffing Guidelines
To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, we require that all expo booths are staffed during the expo hours. Unmanned booths may create confusion and detract from the overall conference experience.
Expo booth staff should:
- Be knowledgeable about the products or services being promoted at the booth
- Be respectful and professional towards all attendees
- Avoid any activities that could be considered offensive, discriminatory, or unethical

Expo booth staff should also be available to answer questions and provide information about the products or services being promoted at the booth. They should be attentive to attendees' needs and be prepared to address any concerns or issues that arise.
Expo booths that are unmanned or staffed by individuals who do not adhere to these guidelines may be asked to close or to remove promotional materials at our discretion.
